10 Must Do's for Easy,
Effortless Life Change

"If you create an act, you create a habit.
If you create a habit, you create character.
If you create a character, you create
a destiny." (Andre Maurois)
I have coached a few Truth-Seekers recently
who walk the talk, and let me tell you, it makes
a difference. You have heard me say many times
that I work best with those who are willing to do
everything necessary to create the work and
personal lifethey want and who say to me, "Diana, show me how to do it and I will do everything you ask me to do." That is the kind of person that easily and effortlessly creates a fulfilled, balanced, and abundant home and work life.
You will want to do whatever is necessary now, so you can have a synergistic home and work life physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually. I have outlined ten must-dos for you here. Print this out, carry it in your daybook, and visit at it often. These are not hard steps, but they do require action. Make a commitment to do these ten things for easy, effortless change.
1. Twice a day, everyday, I will ask myself: "Am I focused on my life's purpose?" Develop a razor sharp picture of what you want in your life. By doing so, you are commanding the Universe to give you the life you want.
2. I will know three reasons why I believe I deserve to fulfill my dreams and goals, and I will repeat these reasons to myself whenever I feel doubt sneaking up on me. Give yourself an opportunity to prove what you can do. Risk believing in yourself, instead of running the risk of wasting away your skills, talents, and gifts.
3. I will spend less and less time with negative people, especially when they are making me feel uncomfortable and self-conscious about my pursuits. Use every ounce of wisdom to find people that help you up instead of drag you down. Avoiding negative people is a huge step towards creating an abundant support system.
4. I will consistently create an abundant mindset by focusing on choice, empowerment, and responsibility. Take 100% responsibility for your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Sometimes we believe outside forces create our thoughts, emotions, and/or actions. Not so! YOU create them!
5. I will participate in activities that I enjoy, and constantly remind myself that I deserve to do things I enjoy, like dancing, swimming, painting, and just being. Taking time to refuel your energy is extremely important in keeping a well balanced home and work life. Take time to reward your efforts. You deserve it!
6. I will refuse to quit when facing adversity. Keep in mind that breakthroughs often masquerade as breakdowns. Mistakes are the best teachers you are going to have so do not be afraid of hard times.
7. I will list 5-10 good qualities that I have, such as understanding, intelligence, or creativity. I will repeat these to myself whenever I start to feel bad about myself. You do not have to wait till you feel ready to be ready. You are already prepared to follow your dreams and goals!
8. I will practice letting go of things in the past that have held me back such as poverty, abuse, addictions, failures, etc. Your life is happening just as it is meant to happen; for the highest good of all concerned. Understand that your life has a purpose, and you will find peace even in the most unpleasant of situations or memories.
9. I will surround myself with people and things that make me feel good about my abilities and me. It's extremely important that you envelop yourself in an environment that supports you at the level you want to BE at.
10. I will treat myself with respect and kindness. I will listen to my needs. I will remember that my life is important and I have the power to carry out my dreams. Take some time to develop a vision, a detailed picture of what you want your life to BE. After all you are in the driver's seat! Take back your life! "We must not wish for the disappearance of our troubles but for the grace to transform them".
